Best Thigh Exercises For Home Workouts

I didn’t have access to the gym last week while I was on vacation so I had to do with what I had… nothing! But that didn’t deter me from getting a great workout without leaving the house.

Here are great thigh exercises for home workouts:

  • Static squat hold: hold the squat position with weight on heels for as long as possible
  • Mountain climbers
  • Lunge jumps
  • Sumo squat holds
  • Reverse lunges

Try them out then next time you’re laying around and want to do something productive!
